Alex is on spring break this week! She’s turning seven on Wednesday, and we’ve made a tradition of giving her a week off from school as a birthday present. Ironically, without schoolwork to organize I will probably be posting more than usual. I want to report on how we finished up our study of Mrs. Katz and Tush. Because we promote grades at the beginning of June, I’ll have some things to say about our second grade plans. I also hope to do some housekeeping on the blog. I’ve put up a new page header, but I want to remove outdated links and pages and add some new ones.
This is a good time to ask any questions you might have, or to suggest post topics. There’s a good chance that this week I’ll actually have time to answer.

I’m interested at some point in your thoughts and plans for homeschooling Colin when the time comes, both informed by homeschooling Alex and informed by Colin’s own interests and personality. But since that’s not the kind of planning you’re focussing on this week (I’d think) it might not be time.
It’s mostly that as (presently?) the mother of an only I am pretty fascinated by parenting siblings!
